OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Dmitry Kochnev Director of the Federal Security Service (FSO). This is reported on the Kremlin's website.

On Tuesday, May 14, State Duma deputies approved all the ministers proposed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, preparations for the first meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the renewed government will take place after the approval and appointment of all candidates in its composition.

Putin also appointed Sergei Naryshkin director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), and Alexander Bortnikov head of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
