OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Interior Ministry has placed on the wanted list the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Ruslan Khomchak. This was reported by TASS, citing the department's database.

Ukrainian military personnel are wanted under a criminal charge.

Khomchak was removed from office by Vladimir Zelensky in July 2021, and was replaced by Valery Zaluzhny as the commander of the Northern Task Force. The official reason for his resignation was conflicts between the Ministry of Defense and the leadership of the AFU, which had an impact on the state of Ukrainian troops.
