A Russian-Chinese project on the exchange of video products between the leading media of the two countries was officially launched on Friday at the Russian embassy in Beijing, a Sputnik correspondent reported.

The two countries have been negotiating the deal since 2021. It stipulates the largest transfer of ownership of looted historical relics from the colonial era to date.
